     Herbed Potatoes

1 potato per person
garlic cloves
1 Mexican oregano leaf per potato
chili powder
paprika
olive oil

     Cut the potatoes into wedges and rinse. Mince the oregano and garlic cloves very fine. Lightly coat a heavy skillet with oil and start it heating. Sprinkle oregano, chili powder, and paprika in the oil and add potato wedges. Fry until translucent and browned.
